Seventeen years as an occupational therapist shaped how I see: look beneath what is visible, notice how the pieces affect one another, and find a practical next step that supports the whole person.
That perspective continues in my energy work. Through Regulation, Remembrance, Clarity, and Expansion, I offer space to settle, reconnect with what is yours, and meet what is emerging with more trust and understanding.
I won’t tell you who to become. I help you notice the thread that is already there, so your next step can come from a deeper connection with yourself.
WHY ENERGY + DESIGN?
Freedom first. Inner clarity to tangible form.
For me, freedom means building a life and work around what is genuinely yours—not asking yourself to fit a structure that drains you. That begins with understanding who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to live.
Energy work supports that reconnection. Business architecture helps find the common thread in your skills, ideas, instincts, and experience—and shape it into an offer or business people can understand and enter. Website design gives it a welcoming, functional home. Thoughtful systems and automation can then take friction off your hands and give more room back to the human work.
These are different forms of one coherent body of work: helping what is true within you become something you can live, share, and bring into the world.
